I appreciated how well this piece is made and how nice it looks for my purposes (simple, clean lines), I turned around and ordered another! The price was right too!

Super cute and sturdy.... BUT, distribute your weight evenly on this thing or it will flip over.

It's a good looking stool, it looks like something out of the Flintstone's. I use it to raise my leg while playing guitar and it works well.But although it's sturdy it's not balanced well and will tip over easily. It works for me because I won't be standing on it. It's strong but lacks stability.

Remodeling the bathroom and love squaty potty’s but hate how ugly they are. Wanted an antique stool vibe and these wonky little legs and rich dark color stole my heart. Smooth cleanable surface on the top and this stool is absolute perfection for a fraction of the price of so many others I was looking at. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I was just so damn pleased with this. Sent it to my mom and she just bought one too :)

This is uh-MAZ-ing. I LOVE this stool.I can use it on my kitchen counter as a riser. It can be used to elevate anything, especially a container with a pour spout or spigot at the base of the container.In my case, I got it to use a wax melting furnace that has a spigot to pour hot melted wax into candle holders.However, it would also be handy if you wanted to elevate a gallon lemonade dispenser or a Gatorade cooler up so that the pour spout is higher than the cup on the counter.And that's great, but this thing is so strong and wide that I could ALSO do aerobic steps on it, or sit on it when I'm working with things on the floor. It's a low stool that could also be used as a laptop riser, or a table centerpiece platform, because it's not too high. It's SO multi-functional, due to its dimensions, that I wish I had had this years ago. It's like my new favorite analog item.

Ever since I went to onsens in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. I've been looking for these. The height is a little shorter than some other stools, but i feel like it makes it more authentic from my stool sitting experiences. It is super sturdy and comes in one piece. I was amazed that i didn't need to assemble. since almost everything else on amazon needs to. The anti slip is also super strong. very sturdy and durable stool.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the price. I'm not sure it's worth $53 bucks but that said, I do love it. I think it's beautifully crafted and very high-class looking. It's used in our home as a squatty potty and can also double as a stool for children. I'm not sure I'd put any substantial adult weight on it but I think it would be fine with a normal-weight adult standing on it too. Feels sturdy, looks great, multi-purpose. I want another but can't justify buying another at the same price. Overall, recommended.
