I recently bought a MelodySuzie E-file but the bits that came with are were useless. I bought this kit because it had a nice assortment of materials (ceramic, carbide, etc), came in a nice hard case, and was an excellent price. I haven’t tried them all yet, only 3 so far, but wow! The ceramic bits are amazing. I had no idea ceramic bits are so nice. One removed my old gel polish so easily, and the other worked perfectly to clean and file off under the nail, where built up builder gel got smushed up there. Those pointy bits scare me, but the pointy ceramic one worked super fast and was super gentle. So, I’d highly recommend this set for someone who does their own nails at home, plus doing a few friend’s nails.

If you are a religious, do-your-own-nails kind-of person, do not hesitate to have these in your kit! I love doing my nails at home and as you would probably know since you're here right now, drugstore e-files just do NOT cut it. And after two uses, those (less than subpar) bits are completely trashed and useless. These bits are SO well made. I feel like I always end up knicking myself (honestly since it's just so easy to do with cuticles) when I do my cuticles, but I didn't end up with any tiny blood spots at all by the end of my first time, hahaha. The case is of course so convenient too but this set is overall really great! A must-have for sure.
