Great Soles, sorted out my smelly feet. Fantastic item

excellent does what it sats in the ad, these are very good pricey but work well.

The review title basically sums it up- these make a definite difference to my shoes, they prolong their life and stop them from smelling bad. I have to commute into London every day which involves quite a bit of walking and running up stairs and so forth, and Im also a boot wearer, so my feet can get pretty hot! These things stop that from having a negative impact on my shoes, and are actually comfortable and flexible.

Ho provato questa soletta in cedro per assorbire l'umidità all'interno delle scarpe, soprattutto da ginnastica. La soletta si presenta bene, con un bel colore legno che si adatta all'interno delle scarpe in cuoio scure (ma essendo all'interno questo è un particolare molto marginale che si nota solo quando le scarpe non sono indossate). Come assorbimento dell'umidità devo dire che non è quello che mi aspettavo; personalmente mi trovo meglio con quelle in sughero/cotone. Il cedro rilascia, comunque, un profumo molto tenue ma gradevole. La soletta è molto sottile pertanto ha il vantaggio di poter essere inserita in qualsiasi scarpa, ma essendo così fine, in legno e con pochissimo rivestimento di cotone, ha una limitata capacità di ammortizzare la camminata e di risultare elastica sotto la pianta del piede.

Le plus :Si vous cocotez des pieds ou si plus simplement voulez assainir votre hygiène plantaire, cette semelle est faite pour vous.Le test ultime : sentez la semelle après une semaine d’utilisation… ça sent toujours le bois comme au déballage.Le moins :La semelle à une forme correctement définit en accord avec la pointure commandée mais dans mes chaussures elles se baladent légèrement de droite à gauche, il arrive alors qu’un doigt de pied se retrouve hors-piste…Il faudrait une version du produit à découper soit même au ciseau en fonction de la tailles des semelles d’origine des chaussures

Narrow and they do need to be broken in. I used one pair in each shoe while they suggest using two pairs. Without socks my feet still sweat but they do not smell as bad as they used to. One problem with going sockless with these insoles, the insoles can stick to your feet while you are taking off your shoes, so the insoles will then bend and crack. Maybe having two insoles may make a difference... Overall after the insoles have formed to your feet they are super comfortable and remove around 90% of foot odor. Length does fit correct if not a tad small but that helps keep them in and not move around, but they are narrow so it is uncomfortable until they break in.
