I have tried dozens of ways to boost my hair growth speed and thickness. Nothing really works on its own, and you need a regimen to get real results. But nobody tells you these as it doesn't make them money!I found using this on scalp, it helps break down calcification used once a week. Then combined with Taoist soap for hair growth 2 times a week, wash off right after applying (no wait) works wonders. If still no results, then further, add collagen powder daily to the regimen in your diet, 2 times a day at least, and scalp massage everyday for 20 mnutes with just your finger tips (takes time getting used to it, but just aim is to move the scalp around so blood moves more then it would normally).My hair is the best i ever had it not even in my teens my hair was this great. Highly recommended.For the alum, i mix it in with water and use a dropper to apply on the scalp. But sometimes I get lazy and just apply bits of the powder directly and leave in for 2-3 hours, or overnight. It will break down calcification of the scalp, which is caused by inflammation (from my experience anyway).
