Feels comfortable. The instructions don't seem to match the chair exactly. I found this chair somewhat difficult to get together when it came to the armrests and bring the seat and back rest together. Then again, I probably did it wrong. Put it together how I thought best. Each armrest is only held on with a single screw on the back portion (only a single hole) while it's held with two screws on the seat portion. I tend to lean on armrests a lot and heavily and concerned it might bend out over time or maybe even give way with that single screw. It's quiet in the sense that it doesn't pop really loud like my old chair does, but the lift handle arm thing clanks/rattles every time I attempt to lean back. Very annoying.Update: Figured out I was able to lean back by pressing the button on the side of the chair. So, leaning back is working ok! Decided not to add a star only because the rattling noise on the lift arm when leaning back still bothers me much. I was hoping to avoid any sort of noise when leaning back.

This chair had no helpful instruction that came with it. Very small pictures to go by. Plus the instruction they do send you do match what you receive. I do not recommend purchasing this chair or from this company. There is no support, other than sending them an email. No way to get someone in the phone or a live chat. I haven’t had a chance to sit in it yet due to the fact it cannot be assembled. The underside of the seat is where I am having issues. Does not make any sense in how it connects at all. I may be missing a part maybe, do not know because there are no instructions to help. I decided to send it back. Very disappointed. I will look to another manufacturer for a chair.

I bought this chair for my son-in-law and he loves it. Assembly was very smooth. He usrs it daily for everything. Very happy!

Pretty comfortable chair for a bigger, taller (6'4") person. Solid price as well.

Purchased this chair in April and the back broke.

My wife ordered this for me because I do game alot, was excited to come home and see that it had arrived. I unpacked everything, layed out the parts just to find out that the chair back is supposed to have 2 brackets, it was missing the lower internal bracket for the armrest to attach. Seems like a well built chair, hopefully Amazon can have it replaced.After taking a second look at the instructions, and then realizing the chair Have is one that reclines, I figured out that the instruction that were sent with my chair were for a chair that does not recline, so the chair back does not need 2 brackets, its just that the instructions had shown it that way.SO, I am happy to say that I was able to assemble my Killbee Reclining chair with a little help from my wife. I am very happy now. This chair is very comfortable and the reclining feature is awesome. I was a bit nervous at first testing the recline option, but it held he just fine. I will be changing to a 5 STAR rating.
