This is very nicely packed- secure within the box.comes with 2 refills and clip that can be attached to the car air vent. Looks very expensive, no instructions but not rocket science. Clip the attached to the back and twist this will open the back to place the refills into. This was purchased for a colleague at work. He actually really loved it. And is a Best Buy
