Claudia Nice left a great artist legacy, sadly she passed in 2021, but her books and vids will live on, RIP

Great book! Claudia is a great painter, and makes everything clear and easy to follow. I have learned a lot from this book,and keep going back to it over and over. I have progressed a lot with help from the book!

I love Claudia Nice books, so much attention to detail, so simple and easy to follow, and really down-to-earth explainations. Her work is absolutely beautiful. Great book for the novice and advanced artists. All books that I've ordered on Amazon.com have been quality and extremely helpful in my advancement from novice to advanced artist. I highly recommend this book.

Photos of the tress in landscape are beautiful. Know step-by-step instructions are given. Would love to have some of the color landscapes have reusable pull-out tracings included. Would be a great for those of us who are intermediate painters. If reusable tracings were included the rating would be 5

I had expected less fundamental knowledge, which anyone who paints has acquired anyway, and more in-depth explanation.

I found this book very helpful and I recommend it to anyone who is struggling with trees.

A well laid out book aimed mainly at the beginner. It is well laid out and easy to follow, with many tips and tree shapes to hep you on your way. Good value for money.

If drawing trees and foliage has stopped you from sketching or drawing outdoors or copying nature photographs, Claudia Nice will show you the simple marks that will get you over that hurdle. She is a good teacher. Her instruction is methodical and easy to follow. But the book does not have to be read in order. Jump to the lesson that you want to learn but I assure you that, eventually, you will read and practice all the lessons. She shares an approach to drawing seemingly impossible organic shapes so that you can apply it to any shape.Her other books are equally as informative.Highly recommend this book.
