Disappointed. Especially for such a prestigious and expensive brand. This is very smooth paper not at all suitable for oil pastels. Given some of 5 star reviews makes me wonder if I even got the right pad. Had to try it and now of course can’t return it.

I cannot say I do not like the paper but it's just as good using a normal multi media pad. The Cat is multi media and the girl this pad.....it's nice to have the best but not really sure it's worth the very hefty price for the difference!

A good product

Good quality paper and the sheet in between to prevent cross contamination is good. Expensive indeed but I like it.

I have never purchased specific paper for oil pastels until now. I didn't have problems with the regular paper I have used in the past, but it was always pretty lightweight and flimsy. I never wanted to attempt framing it. This paper is heavier, and when I finish a picture I really like, I wouldn't mind investing in a frame.

Le 4 stelle sono sulla fiducia perché la carta mi è appena arrivata e non l'ho ancora sperimentata. Ciò che non va è il fatto che le misure di 30x40 cm sono solo nominali il quanto il lato di 40 - considerata la presenza della spirale e dei relativi fori passanti - in realtà è utilizzabile al massimo per 39,3 cm. Poichè 30x40 è una misura stardard anche per le cornici, la questione non è trascurabile. Non sarebbe meglio eliminare la spirale ed incollare i fogli sul lato corto?

Heavy paper very good for oil pastels. Be forewarned use your softer pastels.
