I cannot fault this bin. We have had it for 5 months now, feels robust, looks great and works perfectly. Packed really well for shipping, even came with batteries (that are still working). Sturdy stainless steel construction with a well constructed plastic base and lid. Lid opens nice a wide, takes standard supermarket bought 60L bin bags - the 'green' bags from Tesco are a particularly perfect fit - but all others I've tried seem fine too - no 'own brand' bags required here. The design of the lid means when you fit it back on after replacing the bag it slightly overlaps the top of the bin, thus neatly hiding the untidy part of the bag that you've wrapped around the retaining ring insert at the top. Would definitely recommend.

Looks great - except that the lid doesn't fit :'( and the bin itself is wonky...Poor quality bin, made of thin sheet metal which doesn't keep its shape

Good - I wish the bottom was more robust (don't pour water in it to clean it - I learnt that the hard way!) but it's a great gadget.

Disappointed with this bin - not good value for money. Every time we walk past the bin , the lid opens and yet when we need the lid opened, there is often a delay. Grandchildren also think opening the bin is an excellent game! But extremely annoying! The dimensions were exactly what we needed but think we could have got better value with a non- sensor bin. Would not recommend at these prices.

This is not bad. the only problem (which is a big problem) is that the lid doesnt close sufficiently and allows flies in and smells out

I ordered this sensor bin and received quick delivery. There was a minor issue, I contacted seller and a spare part was received on next day delivery.Product well made, fits a small space perfectly. It’s a high quality design. But supplied with equally high quality customer service.

Can only endorse the comments of the other reviewers. Love this bin and its high capacity and ease of use. Have changed the batteries about once every 18 months. Well worth the price. Only downside is that I now expect ALL bins to work this way and I've been known to wave my hands over the outside wheelie bins..... to no avail.
