This device is really useful, simple to read and easy to set up.

I use this device in my bearded dragons vivarium.It gives me a constant reading of both temperature and also moisture levels.This is obviously very important in keeping the dragon fit and healthy and when compared with other devices this one definitely comes on top and provides accurate readings.I would recommend this device.

Delivery swift and packaged well. Instruction sheet in Chinese but you don't really need instructions for a product like this. Very large clear display for inside/outside temperature complete with a 5' wired probe. Choice of switching between centigrade or Fahrenheit and a percentage readout included for relative humidity as well. Minimum and maximum temperature and reset button on front of unit, switch for c & f on the back of the unit, but would like to have seen the c & f switch on front with the other buttons to be honest. A perfectly cheap and adequate unit. I use mine mainly to gauge and warn of morning outside driving icy/freezing temperatures with convenience of the unit neatly displayed on wall measuring inside temperature of house as well. Not that I need it in any way, but product description mentions an alarm function. There is no audible alarm on this unit I can see.

This is a very nice gadget for the money. It can be set by the flick of a switch to either Centigrade or Fahrenheit and gives max/min temperatures for outside and in. The outside reading is achieved using a small sensor which is attached to a good length of wire and placed outside. The whole thing is very easy to set up and use and I'm very pleased with it. The only fault I've noticed is that there is a variance of 0.3 of a degree between the outside sensor and the unit when both are in the same room, but hey, I can live with that. There's a humidity reading at the bottom of the display and I can't think why I would want to measure humidity in the UK but I'll look into it. It may be useful, who knows. All the numbers are clear and large enough to easily see from 8 feet away.Highly recommended.

We use this in Conservatories to show customers how to control condensation. It helps us prove that cold inside cold outside is ok as the humidity level will be low too, but once the house door opens, moist warm air rushes into the conservatory, humidity levels rise and condensation occurs on the glass panes.... resulting in customers thinking they have a leak.Simply alow air movement (open a window) and/or keep the Coservatory heated to reduce humidity levels. No condensation.Then they complain that A-Rated windows freeze on the outside because inner heat doesn't reach the outer pane.... is no one happy?Unit still worked after being dropped in the kitchen sink..... albeit for the humidity sensor now showing aprox 10% higher reading than before the accident. Waiting for summer so that it can dry out fully...... Will summer ever come? It's now January.The numbers are large enough to see without glasses on. It sits on the window cill with the outside temperature sensor dangling out of a closed window. Very easy to test for highest and lowest values attained between resets. Fantastic product for the price. I love it.

Appears fine but downgraded to 3* as no battery included.
