These taste great, give you energy & are easy to chew , however make sure you eat when you take them bc they can irritate your tummy if it’s empty!😊🎀❣️

I'm on my second bottle and going to order more. The first bottle tasted better than the second, but I definitely see a difference. Less restlessness and night sweats. Definitely see a decrease in hot flashes. Worth the money.

This product don't work and I'm not a bad flash person so with the little flash at night I get it don't control I will continue to take them cause I spent my money but not working for me

I was using another product but it wasn't available so I tried this one. I don't like the taste at all. It has kind of an odd first taste and the follow-up taste is even worse. Tastes like chemicals. I had put it on subscribed inside but I won't be buying this one again.
