Decent... But Would Recommend the C3 Curcumin Products Instead
Was excited about a lower cost curcumin product but... it didn't exactly overwhelm me with its effectiveness. Would recommend a C3 product instead. Look for one w/ 500mg at 95% curcuminoids. Can take 500-2000mg 1-3x a day (many ppl are under dosing on this stuff). God bless!

I prefer absorbing nutrients through food, but these seem to actually help!
My doctor recommend a tumeric supplement for inflammation. I simply ordered the cheapest gel capsules I could find to appease him. I didn't bother reordering them when I ran out, and I began noticing an increase in my pain. I incorporated them back into my routine and it dissipated a bit. Now they are a constant on my nightstand.
