I like that the ear foam pad and microphone cover are easy to apply and very comfortable. The price is right and these products are necessary for anyone spending time on the cell phone and not wanting to hold a phone.

FOAM PADS DO NOT FIT
The leather ear pad fits on my Blue Parrott B250-XT just fine but the foam ear piece that fits over the leather ear piece is most impossible to get on. My wife & I worked for over an hour trying to install one foam pad & was unsuccessful. Unless there is direction for proper installation (some trick procedure to apply over the leather) I cannot give this product more than a 3 It appears the foam is not manufactured thick enough to fit over the leather ear piece.
