Unreliable and poor customer service
Worked for all of 1 week. I requested a replacement. Had the bike diagnosed to verify failure. Provided the codes to the company and they refuse to send the replacement without getting the original one back first. Even after confirming the failure due to the codes. Disappointed. Decided I will just request a refund and go with a different company. Not trying to have my r1m down for weeks while they figure it out.
