I own two boba shops. In the beginning, I lacked experience and bought many different types of pots for cooking boba. Within just a few months, some broke down, and others didn’t heat evenly. After all that, I decided to go with Want Join, and I’ve been using their products for almost two years now without any issues. I didn’t just buy their boba cookers but also their water heaters and cup sealers. Their products are of excellent quality, reasonably priced, and their warranty service is second to none.

We own a smoothie shop and we got lots of requests to make milk tea+boba and add boba to our drinks on request so we started making it ourselves in the beginning but it was a lengthy process! We ended up only serving boba two days a week because of this. We decided a machine was necessary because the labor was too much so we got this one and we love it! Mind you there really isn’t any instructions on how to use it much less anywhere online, there’s one video, but it’s pretty straightforward. Only thing I would say is we run an extra cycle for the bobas bc we noticed they get hard fast after only one cycle. I was surprised because the cycle is only like 20-25 minutes but I know you’re supposed to cook for like an hour. We love them extra soft so we don’t mind running them an extra cycle. Definitely takes almost half the time to make them than it did before and basically hand-free. I hated standing in front of the pot stirring for almost an hour lol & then on top of that I had to let them steep and find my own container to hold them. This has made our business run smoother for sure.

This would be good to cook 250 ml~400ml of boba. Anything larger than that would leave a huge mess when it's over flow and tapioca water is not fun to clean up. Wish they made bigger capacity that would be perfect for boba shop.

This machine is cheaply built. Plastic on the bottom part started melting down and stopped working after month of use.Update: great customer service
