Strap is too long for bent over rows
Strap is way too long for bent over rows. Should be not much bigger than barbell. Once tightened it’s a decent length. That’s what it should come as default

Game changer for wrist health
These are great quality at a good price. Most importantly these give ergonomically-sound wrist positioning to take all that torque out of the wrists from awkward bar grips. If you're having wrist problems you've got to try these. If you're not having wrist problems you've got to adopt these and prevent those problems in the future.The length of the nylon is perfect so you can either single wrap around a regular Olympic bar or double wrap if you want less slack. There's also a shortening method in the handle itself so you've got a bit of control in terms of length. This is important in a lot of scenarios. When it comes to deadlifts you're probably going for the standard height off the ground so you don't want to add a lot of extra length and cheat the range of motion. When using pulldown bars sometimes the bar is already a little too low and a bunch of extra nylon length would result in the grips being even lower so naturally you want to take out as much slack as possible.Awesome product!

Slips out of hand for heavy weights. It may break if weights are above 200 lbs. consider buying something else but this.
