I bought this pan as I was worried about forever chemical risk from non-stick alternatives. It's a beautifully made and will look great in any kitchen. It feels good in the hand. Makes my daily omelette perfectly without sticking and is easy to clean. I just follow the instructions, use a small amount of butter and keep to medium heat.

I bought this pan with high hopes. For the first 2-3 months it was good, it didn't stick, but suddenly it lost all its non-stick properties and everything I cook sticks. And now my return period has expired and I don't know what to do. I felt the need to write here. I think this product is very bad. I haven't been able to find a non-stick pan. If anyone has any information, I want a non-stick pan.

This 35 cm pan is large giving me more room to cook up larger dishes (particularly when it comes to searing the large rib steaks I get from my butcher). This pan looks the business when it's on my induction stove and heated up really fast. I like the fact you can use a scourer on the non-stick coating (should it ever need it). These are expensive but they really are quality and come with a lifetime guarantee. Having got the pan I have gone ahead and bought the 6 piece pot set as my old pots from some other manufacturer have tended to be temperamental on my induction hob and I just loved the fact my Hexclad pan just warmed up immediately and reached temperature in seconds.

Good looking pan, but very heavy, cooks very nicely, but so far everything has stuck and I followed the seasoning instructions to the letter. However, it is very easy to clean so overall please. Very expensive though so would not buy again.

Diese Pfanne ist ein Wunderwerk der Technik. Sie ist in der Tat wesentlich teurer als herkömmliche Pfannen, daher habe ich lange überlegt, ob sie die große Ausgabe wert sei. Meine Neugier siegte, sowie der Ärger über viele herkömmliche Pfannen, die trotz guter Pflege nach kurzer Zeit unansehnlich oder gar unbrauchbar wurden. Die HexClad Hybrid Pfanne ist völlig anders, da klebt weder innen noch außen etwas an, keine Anhaftungen, kein Verbrennen, kein Verschleiß. Einmal in Spülwasser gespült, oft reicht klares Wasser und sie ist wie neu. Das erste Spiegelei hatte mich enttäuscht, es wurde nicht knusprig genug. Das zweite hatte ich heißer gebraten, es war knusprig und glitt förmlich aus der Pfanne, ebenso wie Omelettes und sogar stärkehaltige Speisen wie angebratene Nudeln oder Reis gelingen mit wenig Öl ohne Anbrennen. Ich würde diese Pfanne immer wieder kaufen, das wird aber nicht nötig sein, denn Sie scheint unkaputtbar. Mein einziges Bedauern ist, dass ich seinerzeit aus Sparsamkeit nicht gleich die große Pfanne bestellt habe, aber das werde ich irgendwann nachholen, man braucht schließlich beide, und dann NIE wieder irgendeine Pfanne, auch dasist eine Ersparnis. Bin begeistert!

Tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Netjes op matig vuur met n beetje olie ingebrand. Hopelijk gaat tie de rest van mijn leven mee, zoals beloofd.
