They bring a lot of light without the heat of incandescent or fluorescent. When I put 6 into one fixture, they were able to get really bright and dim well, even though the dimmer is a cheapo from Home Depot. But when I put only 2 into another fixture, they don't get bright enough. My theory is that since they pull so little current, they do not work with a cheapo dimmer, unless there are many light bulbs on the same switch.I had no duds like I heard from other customers (knock on wood).7 months later (December 2017). Of the 6 I had in one fixture, 4 started to flicker over the past 4 weeks and I had to remove them and put the incandescent ones back in. Therefore, I changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars

No flicker, bright, and good looking. Pay attention to the seller's accessibility and warranty info when you purchase from Amazon. I purchased 3 of this LED bulbs and one of them just died last month, 1.5 years after the purchase. It lasted much less then the claimed 25,000 hours. The bulbs are not available now. There is no way to contact the seller for the warranty now. Amazon won't care about the order after one month.

Not recommended.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have recently purchased 40 bulbs plus 5 replacements (9 five-packs). Within 45 days 5 of the original 40 bulbs have failed. Four started flashing randomly. One had several of the internal LED strips go dark cutting the light down by half. On the positive side, Amazon issued me a courtesy credit for the 5 that failed. But I'm not sure for how long Amazon will continue to underwrite OPALRAY's failures. Not sure what to do next.

I had a set of these from last year still working. The pair I just ordered stopped working a few days after the "return window" . Using them as outdoor driveway lights. Other bulbs work in the socket, so it's not electrical issue.

Ok only. Lights really don't dim.Basically high and 1/2 dimming.Would never buy again. Especially expensive for 3 bulbs.Expected far better.

Installed in my shower so the occupancy sensor feeding the bathroom which does not se e you in the shower doesn't shut the lights off on you. Worked as described would have given 5 stars accept not lux or time delay adjustability. But it was actually perfect for me......

While the bulbs look great and give great light when they work, 2 out of the 5 began flickering like crazy. My fixture takes 4 bulbs, so now I need to decide whether to send them all back or take a chance on another pricey set. Very disappointing. I do not have them on a dimmer, and my fixture is brand new. They worked well for a week or so and then the flickering began.
