We received our starter package of 5 triple combo SIM cards along with clear and concise directions on how to setup our online account for their SIM management platform. Within a matter of minutes we activated our online account and had all of the SIM cards activated. I was pleasantly surprised that the APN was set automatically and didn't require us to do any additional setup. The management platform is extremely user friendly and intuitive for even the most novice user. During our testing of the SIM cards we were able to activate, suspend and cancel the SIM cards quite easily. The platform also allowed us to set monthly spending limits for the SIM cards to ensure we didn't exceed our usage limits or malfunctioned. We also had an options for the system to automatically notify us when the balances on the SIM cards or account were approaching our low balance levels. When I called into customer service I was pleasantly surprised that they spoke English and were able to answer all of my questions during our first and only phone call. The representative even educated me on their online chat and tickets option, that I can use to communicate with customer support in future. Their technical support was also available 24/7/365 too. The main reason I chose this company was because of their claims to have multiple roaming networks in most countries. And we were not disappointed, after a coupe days of usage we noticed the device going back from one network provider to another without any issues at the same rates.Overall I am very happy with the support and service of this company They didn't require me to sign a contract, make certain commitments and best of all I enjoy the prepaid program. l will most likely be reaching out to them for more SIM cards in the near future.

I have three SIMs from three different companies for our customers. I've had pleasant experiences with the other two (Twilio, Aeris) but don't get blindsided by Onesimecard's billing policies and fineprint. I was not made aware by their rep that their SIMs get automatically activated after 60 days and accrue a minimum charge of $2/mo.
