CastrolMagnatec 5W-30 DX 1L

All I can say is that is was Dexos 1 Gen 3 which is what I required for my car. So far, my engine hasn't blown up since I put this in the car so, hopefully that says a lot. Great price and certainly will be buying it again if the price keeps being so good.

a very good quality engine oil

I put this oil in my little Corsa for the last 2 oil changes. All's been great. I was initially a little concerned because when stepping on the gas peddle the car would make a vroom vroom noise but i was consoled by my mechanic that it's completely normal and all cars go vroom vroom. Well, unless they are electric, in which case they make a Star Wars'y shleeooooop sound.I would recommend this oil.

Could have been a bigger size container

I bought and used this oil on the 24th of March and since then I have had no issues with the product.I was concerned before purchasing this as I've never heard of a 5w 30 (DX) edition before, but I checked on the Castrol website and found that this was compatible with my Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Limited Edition 2016 (for anyone who might find that information useful), and after 4 months so far I've had no issues as I've mentioned before.There are a couple of good points that people might not think about so I'll leave them here:- It has 5 litres which is slightly more than what you need (meaning you can always top up more later if need be)- According to Castrol the oil will work for up to 18,600 miles or 30,000km.- And it's still great value compared to other 5-litre oils.✪ Would RecommendThank you for reading, and I hope you found this informative.

I always use this oil in my Vauxhall Zafira b 1.6 petrol. I was advised by my mechanic because of the qualities of this DX oil, it is especially for the engine type in my car, great price too.
