Q: I purchased it for my Mother in law and she can't get it to charge. Any ideas?

Did she pull the tab out to start it charging? Like anything with a battery there is a tab to pull out.

Q: Gift arrived broken, how do I get it replaced? Also doesn't light after sitting in sun for 2 days. No indicator on on/off button to show on or off.

Same problem. From all the comments, it appears there is a major production. It’s a faulty product! Does charge-only lit a few times then stopped working entirely. No replacement given as was assured by the company. Sad, can’t trust quality control anymore for anything.

Not sure it's IP 65. But I live where there is high winds and when it rains, it rains hard and fast. So far after several months my turtle still works great.

Q: can the toggle switch be kept in the "on" position all the time?
