I would take 2 scoops and I had the best results taking this before bed. I feel like I fell asleep a little faster and recovery was a little better so that when woke up, I felt really good. No drugged feeling. I would like to see the ratio change a bit so there is 3000mg of glycine in one scoop, the other numbers can stay the same.

I like this product. It is a great product. Tastes good and mixes very well in water.

if you take this to help detox or any benefit, you will be disappointed. I took it for a week and felt worst than before, I got eczema and hashes due to amount of flavors of this. I will not buy it again

Good product but way too sweet

My physician suggested I take NAC. There are many potential benefits, but most likely take awhile. However, I’ve seen an immediate improvement in digestion. Looking forward to taking it longer.
