I've been very happy with the products in this purchase. As someone who works online 10hrs a day answering emails at home, my fitness life was non-existent for many years. I practiced Crossfit for some time and I've been looking for a product to help me improve my grip. Although I thought it will take time until I could feel significant results in my grip, I was surprised to notice great improvements right away. You can feel the muscles working from the first exercises you perform with the products. The way the product it's thought, with an adjustable hand grip, two levels of resistance for the finger stretchers, manageable resistance for the finger exerciser and a medium resistance ball, allows you to extend your workout by lowering the resistance once your hands get tired. The exerciser guide and the ebook bring great value to the package with great suggestions and solutions for either strength, dexterity or heath problem associated with your hands.The product it's well made and thought and I would recommend it without a doubt.

I bought this to strengthen my hands due to the negative effects of an autoimmune illness on my connective tissues. It's left my hands very weak, even hurting after carrying groceries, and often made working difficult is not impossible for days. I'm an illustrator by profession, so having my hands be in great condition is vitally important.I've been using each piece of equipment for the past four days as part of my exercise routine. While it's still too early to say it's a resounding success, my hands have hurt significantly during that time. So far, I have no reason to be disappointed with this product. The only thing I ask is that the website be back on-line soon so that I can get the exercise booklet.

There were several similar looking products like these but I went with this one thinking the quality would be better than the others price being a bit higher. I was disappointed to see the black hand grips are plastic made and not as high quality as I had hoped for. However, they are of decent quality and the seller sends nice personalized messages and seems to care to improve so I am writing this review.

I have had this product for a couple weeks now. I am overall pleased with everything included. I have difficulty with the individual finger press, but it may be me. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a grip workout or forearm exerciser. I have had chronic tendonitis info my elbow and require physical therapy, the rubber finger exerciser duplicates the physical therapy i require.

My hands are geting better and betterI bought this set to improve my strength and dexterity. I am very happy with the results so far. The items are easy to use allong with the exercise guide that makes things a lot easier. Quallity is great for every instrument which makes them very comfortable to use. I would recommend this product!
