Extended Battery life PLUS a protector for my iPhone X! You just can't beat that. The case is sturdy and light weight. My iPone still slips comfortably into my breast pocket as always. Of course the fact that I can extend the battery life of my iPhone X is also amazing. Quite honestly. That extra thickness on the back gives me tons more confidence. The grip is awesome too. No slipping out my hands 😊

I wanted an extra battery case for those times when I am using my phone at trade shows. This seemed to fit the bill better than using a USB battery charger as those require a USB cable and are not suitable for phone use while charging. This case works as expected and I'm very happy with it. It's pretty sleek and does not add a lot of unnecessary bulk. The case itself takes about 3 hours to charge to full from depleted, and I was able to charge my iPhone X from about 15% to full with one charge in around 2-3 hours. It does what I need it to do, and I would recommend it.

I was happily surprised when I opened the box and saw the appearance of the ALCLAP case. It was stylish, had a secure grip on my iPhone X, and was sturdy, although quite heavy. However, after having the case in use for not even 3 months, I have learned that all that glitters is not gold. The problems I have experienced are numerous. The charging receptor often does not recognize my iPhone lightning charger cable, and I frequently have to unplug and replug the cable 4-5 times before the case begins charging. Also, the charging case appears to have permanently malfunctioned. I can turn the case on, but I cant ever turn it off, (and yes, I am holding the button down for 3 seconds as instructed), resulting in the case depleting before it needs to. Now, when I press the charge button, my phone doesn't even recognize the charger anymore, and it doesnt even charge the phone. Do yourself and favor and spend an extra $15 on a case that lasts and won't need to be replaced soon after it is put in service.

Stopped charging after 3 months - Zero customer service - Never going to buy this brand again

Product works until the return time frame (ordered 12/18 return was up 1/31) is up and then starts draining the phone. I DO NOT recommend this for any reason unless you want to waste money!

The lightening port seems a bit flaky. I’ve had it plugged in only to find it wasn’t actually charging til I jiggled it a bit.Otherwise seems to work get maybe half a iPhones charge out of it, though kinda slow.

Charges the iphone most of the time. Sometimes if the battery is on and charging and you plugin in the cable, the case goes into a "not charging" state where it will not charge the iphone. Turning it on and off does not help. The only way to get it to work again is to pull the iphone out of the case and plug it back in again.
