Leakproof, 3 Compartment, Bento Lunch Box, Airtight Food Storage Container (1 Pc) - Purple

Lets start by saying that I have 3 kids, and I'm on a budget. So the $30 boxes were NOT going to happen. I looked and looked for an inexpensive box that I could use for my kids' lunches where I can use things like applesauce and ranch/ketchup/other dipping sauces and not worry about ketchup being all over their grapes. (gross!) THIS IS IT!I've used these for a week, so that's a total of 15 lunches packed. They hold plenty for my kids (and I have 2 boys that are in elementary school but they're athletic and eat more than I do!) My 1st grader can easily open the boxes at lunchtime and easily (after being shown) close them when the meal is over to prevent leftovers from leaking. These boxes are packed in their lunchbox, which is carried in their backpack so they're turned over and under and upside down and still manage to keep the containers separated.I highly recommend.

Spent $12.95 on this product. It has only experienced sporadic use once or twice every week and after having it for only two months one of the clasps has already broken. To be honest, as soon as I opened the package and saw the way the plastic clasp hinges to the cover I knew it wouldn’t last. Just sorry I didn’t return it immediately.I bought a five pack of the Colorforms and use them daily. They have lasted much longer. Target also has a similar 2 pack made by Ziploc for about $4 dollars.

This is a great little bento box. My only complaint is that my usually capeable 5 year old can not put the lid back on by herself... so I’m not sure I would recommend it for a small kiddo. If she doesn’t eat all of her lunch and can’t find anyone to help her, I find her lunch all over the place in her lunch box. Honestly, the lid was hard for me at first but seems to have softened up. Other than that, it’s leak proof and easy to clean (I throw it in the top rack of the dishwasher) and haven’t had any other problems. I was also expecting this to be silicone but I probably did not read the specs.

These containers are the perfect size 4 elementary-age children. I have been using the green one for a year-and-a-half and the purple one since August 2019. They hold up well, come out very clean in the dishwasher, and most importantly each compartment does not leak. My kids do a lot of applesauce and cottage cheese so this container has been the perfect choice. We have had fancy bento boxes and I keep coming back to this container. It can be a bit difficult to latch at times but if you put a little weight on it it'll close every time.

The top is unnecessarily difficult to snap into place. There are far more less-frustrating ways to design a tool to be leak proof. I have given it a shot for the past two weeks, and my wife has tried as well - there is no good way to snap the lid into place on this thing. At best we can get one maybe two snaps in place before swearing. It should take less time to prepare the meal than it does to assemble the bento box. This product, unfortunately, misses the mark.Cannot recommend.

This product worked fantastically... for about 3 months. I pack my daughter's lunch in this about once per week. It is spill-proof! I like that I can fit a full-size sandwich in the big compartment. My only complaint (and it's a big one) is that 2 of the 4 locks have already started to break off. It's unfortunate because it is otherwise awesome. I just can't justify paying for a product that won't last for even a quarter of the school year if used infrequently.

We purchased the Sunsella container (Blue) for our daughter's lunches in Kindergarten. The compartments do not leak AND its easy for her little fingers to open and close. Purchased a second container (Green) to have an alternate. 1st grade, we purchased it in purple. Somehow, someone stepped on my daughters lunch box at recess and cracked the purple one (really??? ugh) so we needed to purchase a new one. These will last year after year, unless stepped on, ha!

I send my daughters lunch box to school with her and it's her teachers job to open and close the lid (pre school). I don't know if the lid is just not as self explanatory to some people but on more than one occasion I've had the contents of her entire backpack soaked in strawberry juice or some other liquid because the lid wasn't on just right. I haven't had the problem myself so maybe it's just a little finicky, just be aware!

La cerradura del toper es muy debil, se rompe con mucha facilidad. No lo recomiendo.
