I took a chance on this strap for my knee that was swollen and painful. I don't know what happened but the pain was terrible and moved around from left to front to right!! After 2 weeks of turmeric, icing and just trying to stay off of it, hopping around etc. I was considering going to the doctor which, if you knew me you would know that I have to be crawling or dying before I'll go to the doctor. Well a light bulb went off and after some research on the web of what to do, I decided to check Amazon for a Patella Strap. No lie, after one day with it on I was 75% better with walking and pain. Two weeks later I am fine, no pain or swelling. I wear it to walk my dogs everyday then remove it and no problems. I gave one to my Father who strangely had the same problem with the same knee and he is good to go as well. We are both truly in shock and very grateful that something actually worked. No doctor for either of us, a miracle to find this.

So far pretty good. Ive worn them to my medical job and working out. Really help with pain so far.

My meniscus is torn in 3 places and I have used several straps as my brace can be heavy at times. I absolutely love these straps! I wear one during my workouts and the other while I'm at the job to have support. I didn't think there was much to them upon opening the box and looking at them but they do work!

Comfortable product except for ends of velcro attaching strap curl up and don't hold well.

Too small
