I really love this sectional. I have enjoyed it…until now. Only 2 years into owning this piece and it is falling apart. I contacted the seller to inquire about the warranty and was told that it’s only a year. Typically I would understand that, but for furniture that is falling apart in what appears to be a quality issue is I acceptable. The center section has no issues, but the end pieces and the backs that are attached to the end pieces are literally crumbling. All you have to do it touch a section and it breaks under your finger. Attempt to grab a piece and it will snap off. This is unacceptable.

I really like the set BUT assembly was difficult... directions were in picture form & the was the directions were placed in the instruction manual weren’t in order... not good for someone like me who’s not a visual or handy person. The Allen wrench provided left much to be desired. They gave you a lot of screws and washers and you will have a few left over. A few of the parts were mislabeled. Part # 16 was labeled with a 13 & the glass topper was supposed to be #13 was unlabeled & wrapped up with # 10. I contacted amazon who then contacted the manufacturer & they cleared up the confusion... I initially thought I was missing # 16 but it was mislabeled. They said that they will be mindful of that in the future. Because of this I took off two of the stars. On the bright side, it came faster than expected. I ordered it on a Monday and it came on a Saturday. It’s comfortable & I keep it in my sunroom so it’s not in the elements. It may be too short for some people but I’m only 5ft 5. It has many different configurations if you wanna switch things around & it comes with two throw pillows. It ships in 3 boxes & it’s packed efficiently... the glass didn’t break. I’m looking forward to spending time in my sunroom year round. Thanks.

The base is sturdy and good quality. As others said it’s definitely a pain to assemble and the directions mislabel some parts. I ordered it under the assumption the cushions would be a beige or cream color but when it arrived they were a hideous yellow that looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for years. The accent pillows they shipped were a nice color and good quality waterproof fabric but I wish the actual couch cushions were in that same material. I’ll need to replace the entire set of cushions and trying to find replacements to purchase in the correct sizes has been a nightmare. I’d suggest just spending the money for a pricier brand name set to avoid the headaches

This set is exactly what we were hoping for. The sections are sturdy and nice looking. The seats can be rearranged easily and look great in any configuration. The table is very sturdy and would only be better if it had storage inside. The only negative I had with it is the assembly directions and labeling of the parts. The directions are only pictures, which I can work with but others may have a hard time. The parts were also either mislabeled or not at all. I was able to use the pictures in the directions to make it work, it just took a bit longer than it should have.

This furnture piece a solid piece for the price. Directions are easy to follow but did not have all the screws. So that was a bummer to stop and restart later. Plus, some of the screw holes did not line up and the black tabs for the furniture bottom that touches the floor, 2 of them popped off. Once everything was installed and placed, it looked beautiful in my patio.However, I was lucky my furnture did not damage in shipping. The packing deserves a 1 star. All furnture pieces should have foam or equivalant to protect from damage.

Quite disappointed. The vinyl wicker looks great, and assembly was pretty straightforward (if tedious). Appearance of the set when finished is quite nice. However, with use it fades quickly. Cushions are super-thin and made of the cheapest softest foam imaginable. Combined with the supports (which form a cross at the very center of each unit at 90,180, 270 and 360 degrees) they quickly sag, lose shape, and become uncomfortable very quickly. I wish I would have spent the extra money now for something with 5" or 6" cushions.

Update: after speaking with customer service I promptly received my missing box. However the glass part of the coffee table was completely shattered. after realizing we are missing an entire box I have to give the set 1 star. If the manufacture will send the missing box I will gladly put 5 stars. It’s super easy to set up, all the hardware is the same which makes things a breeze. from sitting on it (I weigh 240) it feels extremely sturdy. It looks great and is exactly what I anticipated.

Looks really good on my deck, shipped in 3 packages. The 1st one came with the glass top it was shattered, they shipped me a new one as soon as I emailed them , the only problem is the cushions aren't attached and move and if it's windy I take them off. I've tried velcro but it won't stick to the cushion material so I'm going to try and hand sew them on. But other than that it's a real nice set for the money.
