So far so good. Bought the camera for checking on our dog, whom having anxiety issues when left into cage. Setting up was easy. Just took some time to find tiny "reset" button at the back. It is next to USB and SD card slot. Camera is easily accessibly from eyeplus app, most of the time we were able to catch live feed from both my and my wife's phone at the same time. Response time has little lag, when you connect the camera outside of home(4G or wifi different than your home).The best part for the camera is the amazing night vision and rotating feature. It is easy to see our furry friend at completely dark environment and we were able to rotate the camera if needed. Sound and video quality is pretty awesome. And our doggy is able to hear us, thanks to both ways audio feature.If you want to store your recordings you will need to purchase cloud storage(starting from $6/month) or setup a SD card(haven't done that). Free account gives you 15days of cloud storage. You can see last 7 days of recording and download 10minutes of it. However you cannot download the exact time frame you would like to store. Let's say, you set up the camera for 6pm-10pm, and you want to get the recording at 9.40 to 9.50pm. the app might clip 9.35 to 9.45, or you might get 9.45 to 9.55. you will never know, it works in a weird way.Also, for ppl who really worries for their privacy, there is not "Turn off" button. You need to unplug it, if you are worried that someone might be watching and hearing you(other than designated users)

Setup was very easy. Was skeptical at first reading through the instructions. The application seems to be working fine so far with the camera. What I don't like, if you would have issues there is no direct Customer Service number but only an email to send issues to. I did not have to use so I can't comment about that.Update 3-13-18: Camera started making a High Pitch sound that will not stop even after unplugging it a couple months after owning it. I've reported this to Customer Support and no response or emails or calls. I would not buy again because they do not respond and stand by their product.

I bought this to put out in my barn. It is under an overhang and out of the weather so I hope it will hold up in the heat and cold. It’s a bit quirky but gives me a fabulous view of my horses in their stalls and in their field. I’m super happy with it and glad I decided to try this instead of a more expensive camera.

This camera is great until the trial for recording expires. They want you to pay more money to view your footage. You can put in a SD card, but mine never records, regardless of switching out cards. They email you constantly after the trial expires and there is no way to unsubscribe and the app is always taking you to a screen to sign up for the membership.I have updated my review to add a star. After they stop harassing you to sign back up for the paid service the camera works okay. It stops recording a ton and it is hard to go back to old recordings from your phone, but it is decent to watch your dogs while at work or away.

Everything I was expecting . I use mine for watching out for my five canine pups . I do admit that it is a bit time consuming for those that are not quite electronically inclined . But not all that bad . Five stars are defiantly deserved for this security system .

This is NOT an IP camera. You HAVE to use their app and website to view. Contrary to other reviews, this camera is NOT for outdoor use. I'm very computer literate and it took me two hours to get it connected to my wi-fi. Their viewing app wants tons of permissions including the requirement to have GPS active on your phone - Why? I finally got it to work, but the app and website are second rate so I am returning the camera.
