Very good egg poacher.
I used one like this, a KitchenAid product, at a summer rental. It was so good…eggs cooked perfectly in three minutes, eggs easy to remove, easy to clean and durable…that I decided to buy one for our home. Alas, KitchenAid no longer makes them, apparently. So searched…found one a supplier in Canada…even KitchenAid…but would not ship to USA. Then found this twin from a British supplier. More expensive to cover the shipping, of course, but to me, well worth it.

Bad quality materials
I loved the pan when I got it, it poached eggs perfectly, unfortunately it’s rusting terribly. I will have to throw away has rust on edge of poaching cups and the insert and edge of pan at metal trim. Not quality product at all.

Just like when I was a kid.
put the pan on the stove with the water level just below the bottom of the cups. Turn on to medium high and add butter or cooking spray. Add your egg(s), salt and pepper. drop your bread in the toaster. About the time the toast is ready and buttered pull out your eggs and you have a darn good breakfast.Easy to clean in the dishwasher and stores nicely. Plus you can use it as just a shallow pan with a lid. Good Buy!
