I have a baby at home and i am using it when inhave to squeeze lil fiber based juice sort. I needs less time and less mess to clean it up. Also I don’t believe in traditional juice where u have to add water so i do like put Few strawberry or rasberry in the between One by one and squeeze it a lil so it gives decent amount of juice to give it to a baby. And honestits a bliss of u are studying mom with baby and a school going kid. Apart from that i am also using it to juice out lemon too. I am clean and washa nd paper dry it immediately after every use a day as i am not sure if it will be rusty or not

This squeezer we bought to replace our other yellow one is larger and the paint is peeling off. This one is a little smaller, but it is actually easier to use, meaning it takes less force to extract as much or more juice. We had a smaller one for limes and a larger one for lemons, but I have used this one now for both and don't feel the need for a larger one than this. Works fine for both. The only thing I am wary about is that the joint seems to be a little loose. I am afraid with frequent use it might give out and break. Hope it doesn't because I like this squeezer.

I only ever used it to squeeze limes. And not that often. The bowl started to bend almost immediately. Then part of the hinge broke. And finally the main part of the hinge broke. Once it broke for the first time I could see it was just pot metal and not “stainless steel” as advertised. I guess it was better than consuming the green paint from those other garbage, pot metal juicers, but why is it so hard to find a quality product?

The unit does not close all of the way. With a lemon, you get about 3/4 of the juice, with a lime you get about 1/2. I can squeeze more out of a lime after using it with my hand. It is durable but leaves a lot of juice in the fruit. I am buying a Chef'n FreshForce Lime Juicer to see if that one is better.

This is a hefty and solid tool that seems well constructed. One star off for the large gap between the two pieces. If you're squeezing thin-skinned lemons like Meyer lemons or virtually any lime, this tool won't squeeze a significant amount of juice out because the pieces don't fit together closely. I use a lot of limes for recipes and cocktails and I have to squeeze first and then pull the lime out and squeeze between my fingers to get the rest out. Kind of defeats the purpose. If you use large, thick-skinned lemons often, this'll work perfectly.

As others have noted, this item is NOT stainless steel. Please read the tag in the picture I have uploaded. This tag tells the whole story, spelling errors and all. The squeezer is chrome plated zinc alloy, aka 'shiny pot metal'. The construction overall seems decent at first viewing, even though the item title is deceitful and I am not at all a fan of chrome. I expect the hinge pin is some carbon steel, also chrome plated, and the rust will start there, but I just received the item so that is speculation. Citrus is very corrosive and it is likely the hinge area will get ugly in a short time. I will keep the item and adjust this review as I experience the item over the next few months. It will be used daily, until it is not.

This is solid. Easy to handle and use. Heavy enough that not a lot of effort is required to squeeze it fully. I have mild arthritis and can use it with no problem. Works great. Makes juicing a breeze. I believe this will last a long time. It’s well made. Will update if that changes.

The Squeezer easily and quickly enables you to squeeze out ALL the juice of a lemon. This is far superior to using your fingers only, hoping that you squeeze out ALL of the juice, while also possibly breaking one of your finger joints as you struggle to squeeze the lemon. The squeezer is quite durable and sturdy, looks bright and shiny, is easy to handle, and appears to be made of stainless steel. I highly recommend it!
