Had to fix poor flavor with another drink mix..
While the product works really well for me, but the taste is horrific. I just don't understand why these companies can't figure out how to make it taste well enough. I ended up having to buy a naturally sweetened orange powdered drink mix(Pure Crystal Light) to add to this for flavor. Otherwise, it tastes like sand.So if you're in the same boat as myself, this is an option if you can't handle the taste. Buy a naturally sweetened drink mix that you typically enjoy to sweeten up this product.

Good flavor and easy to digest
Got this for my husband who has a sensitive stomach due to having Chrone’s disease. His other pre-workout had been irritating him. This works well and doesn’t bother him. Has a good flavor too.

If you want clean ingredients, buy this!
I've tried a lot of pre-workout powders and this one is by far my favorite. I don't like putting toxins and preservatives in my body, but this brand has clean ingredients. Doesn't give me chitters and is easily digestible. I use it before running, strength training, cycling, etc. I highly recommend!

Not Good Flavor
It tastes awful! It works well but I had to gag it down while I waited for my regular product to come in.

Fantastic results
My training in Jiu-Jitsu has become more effective due to increased stamina because of this product. It helps me keep my focus and my training sessions last longer which helps me make the most out of my workouts. I use this product and the Gracie Whey protein for recovery. Good ingredients and great results.

Amazing! Buy it
I was amazed with the quality of this new product. It has great taste and it makes a difference when it comes to performance. As I run 1/2 marathons and do intense work outs with a pesonal trainer regularly Gracie pre workout has been great. Buy it, you won't regreat!
