Long battery, great brush
I've had this since 2017 and love it. The buttons are just now starting to get so they don't press as easily, so I'm considering a replacement soon, but the 4 years was worth it, in my opinion (and my dentist's; I'm no longer being told I don't brush well enough). I do have to kind of hold my mouth open and lean over the sink while I brush, otherwise I start gagging from bubbles or whatever because I have a really bag gag reflex (and I use a non-foaming toothpaste), so the toothpaste/hard water running down the handle of the brush is part of why the buttons are starting to go. I do wipe it down after every use, and occasionally take a q-tip with vinegar around the buttons to try to dissolve some of the minerals. My mom says what she does is keep her mouth closed, but pause the brush mid cycle to spit. Just a comment, since I've seen reviews complaining about it being hard to brush because you can't take the brush out of your mouth while it's on (and don't forget to put it in your mouth before turning it on, or you'll have toothpaste everywhere!) The battery usually lasts me about 2 weeks or so, and is still going strong 4 years later. Even my husband's battery is doing well, and it occasionally goes months without use (draining naturally) when he's deployed. I would suggest getting a version with the charging case though, and if I replace mine, that's what I intend to do. We went on a short trip once where I didn't bring the charger, but the flight was bumpy enough I guess the toothbrush thought it was being picked up so the lights were coming on or something...not entirely sure, but it was fully charged when we left and completely dead when we landed. Luckily my husband had the charging case. It takes forever to do a full charge, but it works well in a pinch. I really like the charging glass it comes with though, it's a nice looking toothbrush holder and fits nicely on our mirror. I actually haven't really used the Bluetooth part much, because the phone I had when I got it wasn't compatible and I forgot about it when I got the new phone. I do remember using it with my tablet some at the beginning though, and it had some cool features, was just inconvenient on the tablet. But if you aren't going to use the Bluetooth, there may be some cheaper models that would be more worthwhile.

An Amazing Toothbrush!
I’ve toggled between manual toothbrush and electric toothbrushes for a decent amount of time however, I recently settled on the Philips One toothbrush. It was a nice step up from a manual toothbrush but this one… blows it out of the water! I recently purchased this toothbrush and honestly, I don’t know how/why I’ve gone so long without investing in a tool that I’ll use daily and has such a substantial effect on my quality of life. Pros: The vibrations are STRONG! They don’t hurt or anything but, they definitely make cheaper alternatives feel like a child’s toy. The toothbrush is rechargeable, no more fumbling through junk drawers scavenging two AA’s in an attempt to brush your teeth. There are about 4/5 different settings and some even utilize there own specific brush heads. There is a light around the base of the handle that lights up to inform you when/if you’re brushing too hard. With this toothbrush there is no need to vigorously scrub your teeth, just place it over your teeth and let this bad boy do all the work! You know that feeling when you leave the dentist after a cleaning and you keep rubbing your tongue along your teeth because they’re so polished and smooth? While not quite a replica of that feeling, this toothbrush can definitely come close to recreating that feeling daily! Cons: While not a major concern for me, I feel it’ll be benefited to share the fact that this bad boy can be a little loud. It is to be expected with a toothbrush this powerful so I don’t knock them for it but, I wanted to at least mention it. If you make the mistaking of wetting your brush head and turning on the toothbrush before it is in your mouth, expect a mess. The strength of this toothbrush will result in a mirror splattered with enough toothpaste to put a frat house bathroom to shame. That’s an exaggeration but, it will get everywhere if you turn it on before it’s in your mouth. Overall: This toothbrush is phenomenal! If you’re on the fence but can swing it, I say go for it, you’re investing in yourself. If this price point is too steep for you, definitely check out some less expensive electric toothbrushes, they still outperform manual ones. You teeth will thank you.

Very impressed! Update: Now with great customer warranty service!
Very nice product despite it having some gimmicky features. Excellent clean and easy to use; that being said, it has way too many different modes and an unnecessary light on the bottom of it. Accessories are readily available for reasonable prices and the charging system is very good. I cannot tell the difference between the modes and will never use them. However, the 3 speed control is very nice and easy to use. Philips nailed this toothbrush out of the park so I will not deduct any stars for all the extra "features". Unless you are upgrading from some ultra-premium electric toothbrush, you will be running your tongue along your teeth for hours after each brushing admiring how clean they are. Update: about exactly 7 months after ordering mine stopped working. Called Philips late on a Monday and got a replacement on Thursday! Great customer service, was only a few minutes of hold time and they kept me informed of the replacement status via email the whole time.

Spent almost 40k on this worthless product which came with a Chinese Flat 2 pin. Amazon support is worse, they would not escalate the issue and offer a simple resolution - can you buy an adapter? I mean if I bought an apple or samsung which are also made in china, would they come with chinese adapters? The seller does not mention that this item comes with a chinese adapter and is misselling the item. What good is an electric toothbrush when it wont charge?
