These clocks were bought for a new church build. We bought one for each class. Sadly, we’ve had quite a bit of trouble out of them. Even with fresh batteries they are slow on time, batteries slip out with ever being touched, and they are cheaply made.Update- the customer service has been excellent. They have attentively tended to this issue and have helped to problem solve. While one of my clocks still has trouble the company didn’t leave me high and dry! They are to be commended for great customer service. I increased my rating based off this experience.

Fair warning! No battery instructions but obviously each takes a double A. I used my AA Amazon batteries but they would not go in without a fight!After many failed attempts I finally SLAMMED the battery in one of them with the palm of my 73yr old lady hand. (It STILL hurts, thank you very much!)For the second one, I LITERALLY had to use a HAMMER! At first I was afraid I'd break the clock; and then I almost WANTED to! (thanx a pant load!)So far both are silently marking time in unison with my phone. Can't imagine when the day comes to replace the batteries.

I needed a couple clocks for my classroom. These are easy to read and quite a bargain. However, they are very light and seem to lose a minute or two each day. We will see. They are easy to read from far away.

This set I am rating are replacements for an earlier pair that stopped working. To be fair, the face of the clock is easy to read, but not if you need to know the time. Not sure why the first set stopped working, so I made sure I had someone watch each step to prepare for use. Battery compartment is a tight fit, so be careful or you'll struggle. I guess my accuracy rating is not fair, since "even a broken clock is correct twice a day." The easiest rating was the noise level...so quiet, since they don't work. I'd say it rivals the static artwork hanging on the wall. I do not recommend that you purchase this set of clocks. The poor people who have to process the returns are going to get worn out. UPDATE 24 NOVEMBER. The two remaining clocks I have have kept time without any problems. I believe the issue is with the design of the battery compartment. I reordered another clock and took the same precautions to place the battery in just right, Still had to work at this, but that's what you get with buying cheap... This clock has kept time as well. They are silent, which is a big plus, and easy to read. I am OCD-enough to want the second hands to work in unison., but using the battery placement to start the clock is a challenge, That may be the basis of my real complaint; these actually may be a good buy, I use them to track the time in the time zones I manage stores in. It helps with my stroke recovery.

I’ve had these clocks for a little over a year and finally give up and I’ll replace. It starts loosing time and maybe it’s the battery. I replace it. We have one in bedroom and one in bathroom to keep my son on time for school. Some more time and it happens again, one clock or the other. I change the batteries again and again and finally get smart enough to write the date that I replaced it. Now it lasted 1 month and the new battery was totally drained! Time for a new clock.

Just what I wanted. A simple clock that works great with no issues. Battery life is great and it is very quite, easy to see, and easy to read.

Several weeks ago i order two of these clocks. they were great so when i need more clocks i order two more. the second order arrived last week.i would to compare these two orders.FIRST ORDER. came in two separate boxes. each clock was wrapped in bubble paper and contained literature about the clock and even a coupon for 50% off on my next purchase. I should have kept the coupon but didn't. my error.The clocks keep great time so i ordered two more, they came last week.SECOND ORDER:the two clocks were packed together in one flimsy box with out any type of protection paper between them. THE MOUNTING HOOKS WERE NOT ENCLOSED. i WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE TWO HOOKS AS ADVERTISED..NOW HERE IS THE FUNNY PART..BUT 100% TRUE. As i did not have the time or hooks to mount the clocks the two were placed side on a coffee table. Now bot clocks dock docks did not have batteries. One clock kept the time it was set with when it was taken out of the box but the other one kept changing time. I would reset it but in a a few hours it would go back to the previous setting before resetting. In other words the clocks would changed its time several times per day. fun to watch but worthless as a clock. Can you explain how this could happen.The hands on the other clocks have not moved one minute since it was taken of the box.

This product runs well so far and its accurate. Also doesn't make a clicking noise like some wall clocks.I would recommend it.

Edited review:These have proper silent, continuous sweep mechanisms, however neither keep accurate time and lose at least an hour a week even with fresh quality batteries. Both are now at recycle.

One of the clocks works well while the othe stops constantly. After many attempts to fix, it was still stopping and I just dumped it.
