The intel wifi chipset is soldered, it can't be replaced. Please contact sales6@mele.cn, we can make the intel 7265 wifi chipset for you, there is still a little this chip model in stock currently.

Will this device automatically power up after a power failure? I see there is a power button, but needed to know as this is a requirement for me.

It will not power up. But I think there is a way in the settings to configure it to power on.

Will there ever be a specific version with usb-c video outputs instead of hdmi (usb-c displayport alt mode)?
