Initial Impressions:Good quality item. the metal feels and looks good quality. some finishing issues are there. some marks and uneven make. but not to the point of rejection.Its sturdy. Very easy to clean. good value for money.You get 1 steamer, 3 idli plates (3x4=12 idlis at a time), and 1 mini-idli plate.It works on induction (because it's steel) but it has no special induction base.You get handles as well.It is compact -the size and design- and doesn't take too much of space.Plate diameter around 15cm.paid 1500 which is a bit too high. but make sense as a value for money item

Good quality... but foul smell frm plastic holders
Everything is nice but there is some smell from plastic holders ... received replaced item but this too has same chemical smell frm holders. Expecting to clear it off by usage. Keeping it as it's good quality product ...

The quality of this product is very bad in 2nd use itself see the color of the container from inside as well as outsideIts totally burntFrom the first use itself it had a smell, first I thought might be bcoz of first use but the second time also the same and now see the condition of the pot

Incompetent design
Space between lower lid and water level is not enough and water jump over Idly .Also space between idly plates is not eough to make puffy Idly. Totally useless product.
