Abdominal Fitness Workout Belt 30''-55'' Black

I've used a similar product before, but after several years, the battery no longer could hold a charge, rendering the belt useless. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased the belt from shut down. I was happy to see this on Amazon for a third of the price of my previous muscle stimulator belt. Honestly, I was a little skeptical because of the affordable price point, but at the same time hopeful that it would work since it looks exactly the same as my previous one. I'm happy to say that it gets the job done. The belt has 10 different programs that run for 20-30 minutes each. I like that I am able to increase the intensity on both the left and right sides to target all areas of my belly and further support my exercise regimen. I also think that it's ingenious that they use a glossy, rubber type material instead of gel pads that need to be replaced. This is definitely a plus since I don't have to spend for replacement gels in the future. It comes with a small spray bottle for you to spray the rubber pads with water so that it adheres to your skin. Other accessories include a USB charger, a drawstring carrying case, and a velcro belt extender that allows you to make the belt longer if needed. I used the belt right out of the box for a couple of times and it still has a full charge after a couple of days. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I received my ab belt today and I was amazed. It works like the gel belts without the gel pads. When I owned my other belt I probably spent a couple hundred dollars on gel pads. This belt doesn't need any gel pads! It's a game changer and I highly recommend it.

This abdominal fitness belt has been very helpful during my strength workouts. It provides solid back support while lifting and feels comfortable to wear. Simple, effective, and reliable for added stability during training.

All this thing does is shock your skin. I have one from a different company but was tired of buying new replacement pads so I figured i would try this out. What a mistake..... I tried it in different positions, wet the pads, wet my skin all it did was make my skin tingle and burn, did not activate any muscles. I can't believe any of these reviews. The feeling you get from this is like the burning sensation you get when you have to replace the pads on my original. It also has a peice of velcro that digs into your back if you do not need the extension. Just garbage. Please stay away from this product

Nice belt! Fits well, makes me sweat more during workouts, and gives good support. It’s comfortable and stays in place. Not a miracle product, but it helps boost my workouts and motivation.

I had an earlier version of this product and was fairly satisfied with its performance over the past 14 months-plus. With its ultimate demise (which was not unexpected; these items are not designed for eternal use), I went back to this company and bought the "new and improved" model. It is much easier to put on, more comfortable to wear, doesn't require a lot of water to prevent shock or burn as you use it, and definitely seems better at maintaining its position on your body while you move (compared to its predecessor) thanks to improved Velcro placement. Altough there is a pocket available for the timer, it appears to work best when it is handheld. This is a mixed bag for me: On the previous model, the timer could be snapped on and off of the belt when appropriate. I like to perform other exercises with my arms while the ab unit runs, and holding the timer makes that impossible. The timer pocket is a tight fit -- perhaps it will loosen up upon continued use -- but for the moment, it feels awkward. (Also, for the record, the product I bought this time only has the ab belt, not the optional arm bands.) But, generally, it's in the same class as its predecessor (meaning I expect about 1 year of use at 60 minutes per day, five days per week), so it's worth the money if it lasts that long. Time will tell how effective this is at toning ab muscles. I'm not expecting to look like an Olympic swimmer -- that's not what this type of device is designed to do -- but it would be great if I get the same compliments I've been getting about looking like I've lost weight (I'd actually gained 5 pounds but dropped an inch off my waistline over 8 months, then kept it off for another 6). I've enjoyed working with this company in the past -- the customer service has been terrific -- and I'll probably order from it again in the future. UPDATE 10/6/24: It appears that this company is out of business. The product link from Amazon goes to a "page no longer exists" message, and the company's actual link doesn't work. Bummer. Also, don't get it confused with the "M-Body" or "M/Body" sites, which are physical therapy and Yoga-related.

It feels sturdy and well-made, giving solid support during workouts. I notice a real difference when using it during core routines and weight training

Have owned for 2 yrs now. This is the first one that has actually lasted this long in terms of quality. There's a reason this one is a little pricey vs the other cheap ones. All the others I've bought break after a few months. This one doesn't need pad replacement which is really nice. Has a rechargeable battery pack and you only need regular water for lubrication when putting it on. Multiple different modes and times so you'll never get bored. For those that want higher intensity, this one can definitely put out. Note that this will never replace a good diet. As the saying goes "Abs are made in the kitchen". However it's a great product to get you there faster if your diet is good and you hate ab workouts.
