This revue is a bit complicated but I will try and make sense of it. Firstly the actual product is good and so far has answered every time, bar once, on the voice command and the the reception both ways (incoming & outgoing) is fine. The complicated part is down to me. I ordered this Soaiy hands free product for someone else and a another type of hands free speaker from a different seller for me. The other speaker I ordered for myself worked by using radio frequency through the car radio and plugging in to the cigarette lighter (12 V outlet). My speaker worked well for a couple of weeks but then it started to cause interference on my car radio. After trying different things to get it to work properly I ended up by taking it out altogether. At about this time Soaiy sent me an email asking how my purchase was working. This is where I complicated things by automatically assuming Soaiy sold me the radio one that had gone wrong and replied to their email by telling them it was rubbish. They were very polite and sympathetic and I had several emails from a gentleman called Sam who tried to help me with, what he thought, was the fault with their product. Obviously, as they were advising me on their product which worked via Bluetooth whereas mine one worked via radio frequency, the advice was incompatible. I became frustrated with them and was even quite rude as they were, in my mind, talking absolute rubbish. Even so Sam was still very polite and helpful and telling me that they had never come across a complaint that their speaker caused radio interference. As it was It wouldn't have done anyway because I was still complaining about another companies product at this stage. In the end they sent me a replacement to try and fix the situation. When it arrived I immediately realised I had been complaining to the wrong people. I contacted Sam to tell him what an idiot I had been and to apologise he was most understanding and really quite gracious. I told them I was not entitled to the free replacement as their product was working fine and he very generously told me to accept it as a gift, which is class customer relations.

Works quite well. Good for using whilst driving & the spoken phone number feature is good. When it works properly, the automatic on/off & connect feature is useful. However, the device doesn't always connect to the phone so I have to mess around to get them to pair. Also, sometimes, calling via Siri on the hands free has bad reception where I can't hear the person clearly, although it's fine when I call using the phone touchscreen via the hands free. That's potentially a problem if trying to call someone whilst driving.

Good connectivity and generally a good product. Few qualms i have with the product is the sound can sometimes be a bit quiet when driving and instead of reading out the saved names on your contact list it reads out the number which means unless you know everyone's numbers off by heart you're answering the phone with a tentative hello. But the battery on it is excellent, the ease of use is also excellent and it sits perfectly on my pull down sun visor.

Good but not quite as clear as the previous model - would have been 5 stars - however, the charge lasts for weeks and I never turn it off as that's automatic when the car is not in use - wakes and pairs instantly next time. Great value.

Edited review. I must have had a faulty item. I just received the replacement and I can now hold a proper conversation. Will try the product for a while and give a full review soon. Customer support is exceptional though.

So far, so good. I have not had a lot of use yet but seems ok so far. I will update later but it is nice to be easily and quickly move it from car to car.

Great Bluetooth visor hands free kit.Seperate large buttons for answer/end call and voice activation which IMO is better than short or long pressing a single buttonVoice activation works perfect with my Moto G4Looks good and is plenty loud enough.This also has a 1000mah battery which is larger than most devices of this kind and along with Bluetooth 4.0's low power consumption and auto sleep and auto restart then this should last a long time between charge ups.

Nice looking item study quality suits my needs in My Wagon I feel it could be a tiny bit louder but I can still hear fine over the surrounding noise
