I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished hair dryer, but I am glad that I took the chance on it. It looks practically brand new with the original attachments. I have 3a/3b thick curly hair. I’ve worn it short for a couple of years & now I’ve decided to grow it out. It was taking forever to air dry & was getting frizzy. It took me less than 10 minutes to diffuse my hair & I love the shine.It is a little noisy but not too unbearable. It can be a little heavy with the diffuser attachment but it’s very manageable.Much better priced than brand new & it still has a warranty.Highly recommend.

Came in great condition. Not new but i would say like-new. All attachments were there. Works great, not too loud, probably even better than my last hair dryer. I didn’t expect it to be quiet anyway. It’s a hair dryer. I have no complaints and glad I took a chance on a refurbished model.

Everything is as advertised. Came in original box with all attachments. Works great so far.

Incredibly pleased with the speed at which this dries my hair. I use the diffuser, which has two settings. My hair has always taken forever to dry. Now it takes 4-5 minutes tops. I have shoulder length curly hair and this dries every single curl. I tried the brush attachment one day. It took under 8 minutes to dry it straight. That is faster and straighter than I'd usually experience with my old blowdryer. The sound is reduced, which is a plus. If you're on the fence about this purchase, know that it's worth it! Would definitely purchase again.

The dryer is heavier than any I have owned but not unmanageable. The only sound is the air blowing so not too loud. It dried my hair so quickly and left it really soft. This took a very long time to deliver so it was NOT prime delivery. Worth the wait and do recommend!!

I don't tend to buy used stuff, but after all the positive reviews, I could pass it up anymore. I love how much faster my curly hair dries using this dryer with diffuser. I also purchased the insurance for piece of mind. I couldn't afford the Dyson so this was a great alternative. I saw reviews about how loud it is .....not sure why. It's actually quieter than my cheaper hair dryer. I can actually have a conversation with my daughter while drying her hair.It is a little heavier than my cheaper dryer, and the cord is hefty, but that's not a problem, since I spend less time holding it, cuz it dries hair faster.***UPDATE***Nov 11, 2024. Almost a year later and this blow dryer is still working perfectly. 😁😁 Never had any issues this whole time. Best purchase ever!!

This is the worst blow dryer I have ever had. I’m almost 50 years old so I’ve had quite a few hair dryers in my lifetime. This is the worst! It is very loud. I could get past the noise if it wasn’t such an awful hair dryer. The vent in the back needs to be cleaned often. This is no different from any of the other dryers I’ve had. However, even when it’s clean and clear the dryer still stops working randomly. It takes forever for it to turn back on. I told my sister to buy it when I first got it because I liked it at first. She had the exact same problem. She ended up returning it and getting another one. She had the same problem. Do not waste your money. You’re better off letting your hair air dry. Less frustrating. I would give it 0 starts if I could.

Use this for over a year now. Love the different settings and speeds up drying time
