Not the best
I have had a few of these the last year, but this one does not live to the same reputation, the effect is definitely different and lacking! I don’t feel or get the same boost I usually get from Shilajit.

Improved my joint pain
The media could not be loaded. This product has improved my fitness significantly. Furthermore, I have been suffering from joint pains for the past couple of months which have completely vanished after using this product. I highly recommend this item!

Not as much as expected

Very effective, highly recommended
This product is very effective and rejuvenating. I have been using this for a while and i have noticed a clear change in my energy level and strength. The taste is very earthy I personally feel its good if you mix honey in hot water and shilajit to give a pure earthy essence
