A big waste of time and money.
Cheap & nasty. Badly made. 3.5 inch IDE drives do not "slot" in. A large amount of wiggling is required to get the 40 pins and the molex power socket to locate properly, duing which you will probably bend them. Even after trying it with a 40 pin ribbon cable and molex extension cable, (to avoid bending the pins in the drive) it still didn't work on any of the four 3.5 inch IDE drives I tried it on. (2 seagates, one maxtor and 1 WD)What a waste of time and money.
