The customer service is brilliant. I had one faulty cable out of 6 and very speedily they credited my account with sufficient money to reorder the item. You really cannot expect any more than that.In fact I would give them 4.5 out of 5 if I could and the only thing lacking is ultimate quality. Don't get me wrong, the cables are well made, look good and (most!) do the job really well. But compared to one of my more well-known branded products, they are just a little bit less substantial and reassuring. BUT, and this is relevant of course, they are much cheaper. As a balance between cost and quality I would say they have it spot on and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent quality and good value product. The fact that you know, if anything is wrong, they will put it right straight away is a bonus.Revised rating: I received my replacement order the next day and they are all A1. I can only think the original fault was an exception. Having lived with the cables for a few days I am really impressed. They are substantial (much more so than the Samsung originals) and the extra length makes them really versatile.

I was sick of my existing USB cables being too short, or only being charging cables, and not data transfer cables. These are long charging cables as well as data transfer cables. And I love that they are three different colours. I have each of them in a different room. And I always take them away with me too, as they can be seen easily in my bag.

Works well, but doesn't last long as the ends get damaged very easily.

A good set of cables. Charge my phone much faster than my previous ones, data transfer is ok too. Quite decorative too, and easy to spot amongst a load of black or white ones!

I've had a few sets of these now. I absolutely love the length of them, means I can charge my devices whilst keeping them out of reach from small hands.The three different colours are a fun feature and they do charge my phone, which is what I wanted them for.However, I don't find them to have great longevity, as in they stop working after a few weeks or months (hence why I have had multiple sets).They are not super sturdy so the micro USB connector gets bent really easily and then doesn't connect to devices properly. Also, you end up having to wrap the cable around your device or propping it up in a certain position to get it to charge, as something inside it has broken.Another negative is that I was unable to connect my Sony Xperia phone to my laptop with these cables - my laptop would not recognise it. It was definitely the cables that it didn't like as I tried it in multiple USB slots and nothing happened, as soon as I used a different USB cable, my phone connected to my laptop just fine.Are these top end cables? Absolutely not. Do they do the job? Yes, if you are using them to charge devices.Would I buy them again? Yes, but purely because I love the length and colours of them.

Excellent price and very quick delivery.

Previously, I have used orig Samsung leads (that come with the android item), plus various length USB cables by Juice. All have failed after a few weeks. ? Due to me coiling them up to put away - who knows?? The failing leads still plug in but the connection to unit no longet fits well. Without realising, slightest movement of lead & it stops charging - complete pain!!It is very days but already these leads seems much stronger (due to the cord) & provide a much tighter/secure fit when plugged into item to be charged. Ive also v successfully re-wound the lead (after charging) so it is tucked away nicely, but with the added benefit of leaving it in the plugin charger. This means greater speed & convenience when I want to charge an item.Excellent & v competitive price too. What more could you want?
