3pc Hot Pot Insulated Food Warmer Casserole Hotpot thermal

I used it first time when we were having guests for lunch and was very happy with the heat retained. However since the sizes were so small, I order the jumbo set consisting of 6L, 8L & 10L. For daily dinner use, I use only the 2.5L (biggest in this set). But when guests come, we definitely need the jumbo ones. Couple of my pyrex serving dishes broke and instead of getting the replacements, I bought the bigger ones of this model. So hopefully, I won't have to reheat just when the guests are ready to eat.Pros:Elegant looking,Retains heat well (tried upto 3 hours) as it has locking mechanism much better than many other models ,Washes wellLooks more expensive that it actually is.Seems to be of good quality.Very reasonable priceQuick delivery.Cons:Only the largest size in this set is useful for a family as the medium might "at best" suffice 2 people and the smallest is just the size of an insulated lunch box.I agree that the locking mechanism is perfect only in the largest hot pot. The other two sizes have a weak lock but the heat wasn't lost though.It occupies a lot of space. Due to the handles, they don't stack inside entirely and even for that, the lids need to be kept separately.Not a minus of this model alone but if you want dishes to be reheated, you will have to transfer them to a heatable dish and then transfer it back to these hot pots.

The item arrived very very quickly...They looked tremendous on the dining table on Christmas day and kept the food hot for a long time..I was very impressed with the item indeed....some people might find warming them with boiling water first a bit of a faff..but it really does work better if you do, plus they stay hotter longer...I found that if you put the lids back on tight when they have the water in it created a vacuum so i just placed the lid gently on the top and they worked just as well.If they were to be sent as a gift then I would suggest letting the vendor know as the box was a bit bashed in transit, but in no way did this affect the product..All in all...well worth the money...a happy customer..

Casserole are worth for the money spend. I am very pleased with the product. More than that I am very happy with the customer service provided by the seller. I had purchased the item through amazon and did not receive the casserole within specified time. I wrote a mail to the seller asking him to send me another set of casserole as I had not received the ordered item. To my surprise the seller customer care executive replied me within 2 hours with an apology mail and informing me that replacement is on its way. That's what I call a great customer experience. I have shared my experience with all my friends and some of them have already ordered the product. Keep doing the great work.

They do appear to keep the food warm, however the smallest one appears to be badly made. The insulated interior does not fit properly at the top and when you wash it water is retained between the inner and outer sides. When you next go to use it there is a pool of water inside. The large bowl is ok but the medium one although not as bad as the small one is not as good as the large one. Presume this is just a manufacturing fault??

I tested the small one of these, it kept the food warm but not hot, but I think it was because the container was only half full, I have used a very similar item and if there's enough food then it keeps the food piping hot, the design of these is old fashioned and it adds the charm of a bygone era, plus the advantage is when they are not being used you are able to stack them in each other with the lids separate at the side, very good price too, ones I bought years ago cost a lot more.

These simply do not what they say they will. I thought these looked great for taking hot food to the hospital for my father, but they just do not keep anything hot, from food to soup. They also leak when travelling. They managed to keep my husbands dinner luke warm for an hour, so better than stone cold I suppose. I read a review that they keep food hot for 4 hours, but that is absolutely nonsense where I am concerned. A waste of money and they take up a lot of cupboard space. I will be sticking to thermos flasks in future.

It doesn't keep the food hot. It keeps slightly warm for up to 2 hours but not hot.Also, the design and the color in the picture is completely different from what I received.It was a disappointment when I opened the parcel.It would have been nice if the food stays hot.Waste of money !!

Large casserole is big enough to hold curry for 5-6 hungry people. Keeps the food hot for a long time. The concaved top is good as it doesnt press the food down. Easy to clean. Not so fond of the print though!
