Beike BK-45 Gimbal Tripod Head for camera telephoto lenses

I bought this to support a Sigma 150-600 mm lens. It looks to be a durable piece of kit and in conjunction with a sturdy tripod, does support the weight very well. It pivots freely and when locked in position, the lens stays where aimed.However, the reason for just three stars is that the arm that holds the lens is not horizontal. To keep the lens correctly oriented I have to use a bubble level in the hot shoe and adjust a tripod leg to get it right. Not quite what I was hoping for.
