I love this ice pack especially being pregnant my back constantly aches cool thing is it also comes with a eye gel pack

I use it to burn fat, but this one is too small for my abdomen. I wish this brand had a larger one, because it really is very cold, colder than the one I use for my abdomen.

This is a life saver. I have a brain disease which gives me horrible migraines. I have used this on my head and neck on several occasions. This stays cold for hours on end. I have also used it warm many times it does not stay hot as long as it does cold but is still great!
