I used this years ago and liked it, I wasn’t disappointed with this purchase. Having just recovered from flu my nose was red raw and blocked. This balm has essential oils so it doesn’t have a chemical smell. It moisturising so it helps to heal the sore skin caused by constant blowing of the nose would recommend

I wouldn't be without this balm when I have a cold (and I get absolute stinkers!). I would describe it as a soothing gel that has decongestant properties from the herbal aroma that's been added to it. It helps stop my nostrils and outer nasal skin getting raw and sore and it also helps me get to sleep. I've used it for years - and I've just had Amazon send a tube to a friend who's got the mother-and-father of a cold right now! I don't put a huge amount on and so a tube lasts me quite a long time, and I haven't found it loses its properties over time (though I'm sure it has a sell-by date on it). Marvellous stuff!

I've got myself into a terrible decongestant spray addiction over the past decade. I was in a bind because without Otrivine/Sudafed nasal spray I just couldn't breathe, a horrible panic-stricken feeling, a vicious circle. A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, stage 2 hypertension. I was told I had to stop using Otrivine etc as they increase blood pressure... I couldn't think what on earth I was going to do! The GP said I'd just have to cope with the rebound congestion until I'd broken the dependence. But I couldn't sleep if I couldn't breathe! And lack of sleep is even worse for hypertension! What on earth could I do?! The answer - found after many failed experiments using Saline Spray, nose strips, etc - is HAPPINOSE! I sent off for it almost in desperation, as a kids product I really didn't think it'd help. I was worried it would smell horrible, sting, clog up my nostrils... I needn't have hesitated! I use a cotton bud to apply a thin layer of this mentholated balm to the inside of each nostril, you can put it right to the very top of the mucosal membrane it won't burn or irritate! It's extremely mildly aromatic, very soothing, and gentle and best of all it absolutely works! I get an immediate sense of coolness, and easier breathing, and before long I didn't need to use Otrivine at all. The "decongestant detox" process of weaning off and substituting Happinose took all of 3 days. If I'd been told it was going to be this simple I'd have never believed it! And it's really cheap too! Result. Im chuffed to bits!

This was always a medicine cabinet essential when I lived in the UK. I forgot to bring some with me, so I'm glad I could get it on Amazon. You don't need to use much so it lasts for ages, and it does pretty much what it says on the box - it will clear congestion, and it's so soothing for chapped noses when you have a cold. Nothing I've found comes close to the relief of Happinose when you're bunged up, sore and miserable.

We love HAPPINOSE! We have used it for years. We started buying it in the UK, but can't get there any more. Nice to know we can still get it. Can't get through a cold without it!

First discovered Happinose when traveling to England 20 years ago. Our luggage was delayed and I needed something for my dry nose immediately. Went to local pharmacy and asked for a recommendation. Happinose was the answer then and it has continued to work well for me all these years. Nothing made here in the USA even comes close.

If you have a nose that's suffering from a cold, Happinose is for you! I discovered it on a trip to England and was happy to find I could order it through Amazon. It soothes the irritation and opens the passages all with a pleasing geranium scent. Happinose makes my nose happy!

Used this on myself and my children while living in England. Great for a sore drippy nose. Very soothing. Was so glad that I could order it through Amazon. Very surprised that there is no American equivalent.
