Excellent product
This is the best oven cleaner on the market. Between running self cleaning programs in our Miele convection oven we use this for quick cleanups and it always effortlessly breaks down any mess so it can be easily wiped away! Pro tip, spray it on the mess and let it dwell for several minutes then attack the mess with a soft nylon scrubbing sponge. Miele speed ovens do not have a self clean program, but the do have the special easy clean coating so this works great for both quick cleanups and heavy deep cleaning.

Don't waste your time or money.
Miele toutes their PerfectClean surfaces and tells owners to be careful what cleaners and abrasives we use on those surfaces. So of course I thought that I should use Miele's cleaner...the good news is that it does seem to be perfectly safe for the PerfectClean surfaces inside our Speed Oven. The bad news? It doesn't clean anything. At all. Their safety sheet says this contains aminoethanol as the active cleaning agent. I can't say that I have prior experience with any other cleaners with this particular chemical but from my experience here I would avoid them in the future. I applied a thick coating of this cleaner to the inside of my oven and waited the recommended 40 minutes and then went after the interior with a non-scratch sponge (since that's what Miele tells you to use). The verdict? I might as well have sprayed dish soap suds on the interior. After 30 minutes of scrubbing and rinsing the interior of my Speed Oven looks almost identical compared to its "precleaning" self from 3 hours ago.Absolute waste of time and money.

Cleans really well
This cleaner is great. If you use it often, it yields the best results. It isn't very effective on tough grime but it doesn't leave streaks that other cleaners do.

Works as advertised once you know how to use it
It works well but unbelievably nowhere on the bottles label were English instructions! French, German, and a couple of others but no English anywhere. Fortunately, the seller was prompt in getting me a copy of what they could read on one of the bottles they had which had English instructions. Easy enough and no nasty fumes or smell. Using on a self-cleaning oven.

Not nearly as useful as I had hoped
I have been baking in my Miele oven a lot more since the pandemic, which predictably resulted in more oil splatter on the sides and bottom of my oven. After checking the manual, which has sparse cleaning instructions but 1 whole page of warnings NOT to use most cleaning products on the market (too abrasive! will destroy special Miele oven coating!), I decided to give this spray a try. It's ultra strong, per the advertising on the label. Unfortunately, IT DOES NOTHING. I've tried a few things, too. I've sprayed it and cleaned with a sponge and warm water; I've also let it sit for a bit and then cleaned it, but it does nothing. It also dries very quickly and absorbs into the magical Miele coating that it is designed to protect. Was expecting more. Spare yourself the cost and disappointment.

Worked
Worked like a charm. The key is to clean soil before using oven again. Took three passes and some elbow grease on worst area using stiff plastic spatula But most wiped right off.No awful smell either. Terrific.

Pretty much useless for anything than light soiling.
I've used this product to clean my convection/microwave oven's Perfect Clean surface (since it's the only one Miele says is safe). I am not happy at all with the results. It removes any light grease or soiling but anything moderately to severely baked on it is useless. I followed the directions and allowed it to soak for 1 hour and it did nothing to removing the stains. I wouldn't waste your time with this product, you can get similar results with a soapy sponge and water. Attached images shows *after* I cleaned, as you can see, it didn't do a great job.

Good product - wish it were stronger
I find this to be a good product, it cleans residue off the glass, does a good job of cleaning the inside of the oven, and has no odor. I wish it were stronger, or had scrubby stuff in it that could work at stubborn stains without damaging the interior coating on the oven.If you have a Miele oven then you know that you cannot use a regular can of oven cleaner (and probably shouldn't due to the toxic nature of the chemicals therein), nor can you use scrubby pads that can damage the coating inside the oven. For the same reason soda-based cleaners cannot be used on a Miele oven. Also, Miele oven seals are made from a water based material so water and chemicals can damage them; care is needed not to soak the door seal. All of the above poses a bit of a conundrum; how can you clean a greasy stained oven with baked on residue without a scrubby pad or 'strong' cleaner? It's impossible. The trick is to clean the oven within a few hours of cooking a messy meal (roast chicken spits grease everywhere for example), after it cools down somewhat, then tackle it. If you let the grime build up over time then your goose is cooked, so to speak.I tried a 'natural' recipe I found online, vinegar and washing up liquid, did nothing except make a big sudsy mess that took for-ever to clean out.I bought this cleaner out of sheer exasperation (my hesitancy was because of the price). I had, through sheer elbow grease, rubber gloves, and piping hot water, cleaned both of my ovens as best I could so when I used this cleaner it was on ovens that had already been wiped down so I can't say how strong it is at tackling a real baked on mess. Though, the self-clean function would do a good job of reducing that to ash.It cannot get rid of the fruit juice stains on the floor of the oven (from oozing pies as they cooked), but that's my bad, I should have paid more attention to the manual and cleaned those spills up while they were still warm. The self-clean function only seemed to bake the stains in, not remove them. This is the only safe product I've found for cleaning Miele ovens that doesn't damage the interior coating, is non-toxic, and non-aerosol. I wish Miele had given a sample of this product when the oven was installed, I'd have used it from the get-go.
