Sofa
I purchased 2 sofas from this seller. I opened the first one and it had a small burn mark. I requested a return seller claimed that the burn mark is small therefore doesn’t want to proceed with the return. Seller wants to charge me over $700 for return fee. Terrible customer service and horrible experience with seller. Do not buy from this sell. Many other sites sell the same thing with easy returns. Product also very bad quailty. More on the yellow side for the color and not comfortable at all. There’s also dents in the fabric around.

The media could not be loaded. Took about 4 weeks overall the sofa is beautiful the quality is ok and it's low but beautiful
