Holy Grail
I have acne-prone skin, and I HATE makeup that looks cakey, makes me skin feel like it can’t breathe, etc. This stuff right here is MAGICAL. It has a *no make-up on* look to it and the coverage is lovely..it gives your skin a healthy, glowy look (not shiny! Just glowy, like you’re well-rested). A little goes a long way to cover any acne scarring. I also notice that it doesn’t settle into fine lines nor does it accentuate your pores and crease up around the eyes. So glad I took a chance on this!

Good concealer, nothing like the original
I bought the original about 5 years ago, it is by far my favorite makeup item ! I don’t live in the us and For such reason I protected it’s use for special events so that it would last. This year of course it started to run out, when I heard some people were traveling to the us I found this newer version of it and purchased it as a replacement. Here is the thing, the newer version is NOTHING like the original, it still makes for a goodish concealer, if you never owned the previous version then maybe you will be happy with it, in my case I’m not - I bough 2 of these this time to be able to use it more often and not fear it will run out shortly, big mistake - I could of have bought a similar local concealer. The original was amazing you could use so little and do so much, it wouldn’t crease, and would last a whole day, never get oily. This newer version creases 10 minutes after you’ve placed it, it doesn’t cover as good and gets oily ! Additionally it is 30% less content. I am disappointed

Damn you, Lisa Rinna!
I bought this because of that damned Lisa Rinna. I caught one of her tutorials and watched her run through her AM skincare and her more “natural-look” makeup routine.I pinched pinched pennies so I could afford this splurge. And like she said, “A little goes a long way” or something.Well she was NOT lying about that. It is extremely thick. I could NOT apply it without it caking up under the eyes. I tried mixing a dab with various moisturizers to thin it out and make it more blendable but I could not get it to work. I changed by skincare routine to really hyper-moisturize my skin ahead of time, I tried various products to decrease puffiness under my eye. It just did not make any difference. No matter what I did…every single crease and wrinkle stuck out like they were ready for a closeup in a horror movie. So either I got a bad batch or Lisa Rinna is a damn liar. (Or maybe my skin just isn’t good enough for this product?)

Beautiful
The formula is very thick and it’s easy to go overboard. However, this is so beautiful on. It doesn’t quite cover my extremely dark under eye circles (hereditary and as a result of horrible allergies), but it is undetectable if used correctly. So many concealers on the market have a dewy or matte finish and are very noticeable on the skin in terms of finish. This one isn’t.As far as shades go, shade 5 is listed as a color correcting shade. I don’t find this to be the case (unless it is trying to correct redness which it does do slightly). If you’re looking for it to correct the purple tones of dark undereyes, it isn’t going to. The shades also seem slightly off in the pictures.

It’s high coverage
It is very thick and a tiny bit goes a long way. I’m a senior and it does show lines under my eyes after a few hours. I’m going to try different moisturizers to see if that helps
