I am currently completing a MSc/PG Dip in Construction management and have found Mr Burtonshaw-Gunn's book highly useful, also have The essential management toolbox by the same author.Both books have given me valible insight into new risk and management techniques and assited in papers towards my qualification.For any project manager out there looking at making a change in how he or she works and implimenting new ethos and techniques within their chosen field I would say buy both books, study them and use the knowledged gained to move forward, i have and it has been enlightning.They have shown me new ways to look at things and new ways to address.First Class
