I was surprised to see that you provided a needle with a sharp edge since it was intended to be used with younger children. Also, I liked the idea of using embroidery thread but it was difficult to thread the needle. It would have been nice to have a needle with a bigger eye and holes on both sides of the material to place the needle. Not enough glue was provided for all of the animals. We did 3 and ran out quickly plus half of the glued items did not stick. It was very strong smelling so I am assuming not good to be used with children. I did not have the children apply this, I did it myself. Parts of the animals were too narrow, to place stuffing once they were sewn. Otherwise, the girls enjoyed it with adult help. I liked the variety of animals that were provided.

I liked the cute animals. they were very colorful. these are not made for children. the needle eye was too small for the thread. the holes were not pre punched through the top piece enough for the sharp needle to go through without tremendous force. Stuck my finger several times. The underside piece had no holes even in it at all.My grandson wanted so much to sew these animals! but, it was impossible for this 7 year old to do. I finally spent hours punching the holes in the top piece with an ice pick... then clipped the top and bottom together to use a large needle and then the ice pick to poke holes in the bottom piece.Also the instruction book was no such thing!!I would not recommend the kit to anyone!

Its a little suitcase packed with everything my granddaughter will need to make the stuffed animals pictured. The instructions are super simple and the stitching required is very basic, just right for the recommended ages. The materials are very good quality and nice colors.When she has finished making them she can keep them in the case or use it for other things! Im so happy I got this for her birthday!

I got this eezy breezy kids Original Kids Sewing Kit. for my granddaughter to learn how to sew. This is so perfect for her. It's soooooo easy for beginners learning to sew. She loves the cute carrying case and so does her mom - easy to keep track of all the pieces. It can become her own "sewing kit" when she learns how to use it!You can see her "thank you text" She sent me photo...I like the safari style so much. It's great for boys too. Not too girly.

Bought this for my five year old granddaughter who loves to work with her hands. It was a bit above her ability level (which the reviews made clear) but we did make some progress. She particularly liked gluing on the design pieces. Then she and I shared the sewing. The directions were so unclear as to be useless.

My daughter is only 5 but she has loved this so far. It's taken patience on my part to teach her, thread and rethread the needle, etc. but she loves it. The pre-fabricated holes are so nice for kids.

I just got this and I’m very excited to sew these little animals with my 8-year-old daughter and her friends. These are the perfect play date craft activity: simple, easy and can be done in an afternoon. They’d also make a great gift.Included are simple instructions that are easy to follow so even someone craftily challenged like me can pull it off.

This is such a nice kit! Much nicer than other sewing kits I’ve looked at. The box and notions are high quality and will be used and loved long after the projects are finished. Instructions are clear and my 5yo shouldn’t have any problems doing these! I can’t wait for her to get it for Christmas! She has been dying to learn to sew like her Nana!
